Since I’m not based in India, all design discussions were on Skype. It is a credit to Sameer that that he was available late India hours for these discussions. His team and he were absolutely trustworthy where they completed the work on time at no cost overrun.

My husband and I bought a two bedroom apartment for our daughter . She had very specific ideas on how her home should look - and that there should be maximum utilisation of space and enough storage . Sameer Kulkarni , who was my architect had a challenging job of recreating space and aesthetically turning around a two bedroom apartment into a beautiful , large studio . His team of workers were highly motivated to complete the task in a few months . From start to finish , work progressed consistently. Today the apartment looks airy , bright and cozy . The colours and design , speaks for itself. My daughter enjoys this luxurious and elegant pad , which she proudly calls HOME . Thank you Sameer . Truly appreciate your good work
